Some details !

Notice that I don’t say I’m a photographer, but rather that I practice photography. In the same way that I’ve been writing for as long as I can remember, without calling myself a writer. It’s probably one of the many detours that imposter syndrome takes with me… Everything I do, I do as an amateur. With photography, however, I try to use it for what it alone can express so well: chance moments, frozen in time, transformed into keys of understanding and memory. In this sense, I feel close to street photographers and photojournalists. With staged photography, the long and tedious posing, it seems to me that we move away from the specificity of the photographic art, and yet, I indulge in that too. Purely for the pleasure of creating images. I’m not above contradictions…
